PalmSol has been keeping businesses running smoothly for more than 15 years. When you call, you get real technicians, clear answers in plain English, and our 60-minute response guarantee during business hours.
PalmSol has provided continuous IT consulting and managed IT support to South Florida businesses for over 15 years. We built our reputation the way most trusted MSPs do: by showing up, answering the phone, and fixing what's broken without the runaround.
Our in-house team handles everything from day-to-day help desk requests to full network and server infrastructure, using secure remote-access tools to resolve most issues before your team even notices them. We work within your budget, explain every option in plain English before we touch anything, and treat every client's success as our own. Headquartered in Riviera Beach, we're one of the more established IT support companies in Palm Beach County — and the personal relationships we build with clients are what keep them with us for years, not months.
When Mike founded PalmSol, he had a simple vision: technology support should be personal, responsive, and rooted in relationships. Today, he remains hands-on with clients, ensuring they receive the same level of care and attention that inspired the company's founding.
“At PalmSol, business is personal. Our clients' success is our success, and that commitment is at the heart of every partnership we build.”
From daily help desk requests to full network overhauls, we handle the technology so your team can focus on the business.
Your day-to-day IT, handled by a team that knows your systems — not a rotating help desk reading from a script.
From a single office to multi-site operations, we design and manage the infrastructure your business runs on.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, configured right and supported for as long as you use them.
Azure environments architected, migrated, and cost-optimized for what you actually use — not what a default template provisions.
Layered protection for your systems and data, monitored continuously — not just checked after something breaks.
Project-based IT work for one-time needs — office moves, system upgrades, and technology rollouts handled start to finish.
Florida remains one of the most-targeted states for ransomware and business email compromise. Our security stack runs continuously — not just 9 to 5.
Live security and network operations centers watching your environment around the clock, not a ticket queue that opens in the morning.
MDR/EDR on every endpoint with real-time threat containment — malicious activity is isolated automatically, before it spreads.
Centralized log correlation across your network so anomalies get flagged and investigated before they become incidents.
Continuous patching and vulnerability scanning that closes the gaps attackers look for first.
Ongoing phishing simulations and staff training — most breaches start with a click, not a firewall failure.
A documented, tested response and ransomware recovery plan — built before you need it, not during a crisis.
We map your IT controls to the framework your business and your auditors actually care about — and keep the documentation ready year-round.
HIPAA-aligned controls, encrypted patient data, and audit-ready documentation for practices and specialty clinics.
Confidential client data protected with access controls, encryption, and secure document workflows.
Layered safeguards for firms handling sensitive financial and client data.
PCI DSS-aligned payment security for businesses that process cards every day of the year.
Security controls and audit-ready documentation built for municipal offices and public sector agencies.
Reliable connectivity and IT support across job sites and back-office operations, keeping bids, budgets, and project data in sync.
Every client gets access to a virtual CIO who ties IT spend to business goals — budgeting, risk review, and a rolling roadmap reviewed every quarter.
A 12–24 month plan for hardware, software, and infrastructure refreshes — budgeted before you need it, not after something breaks.
Annual security and infrastructure risk reviews that show you exactly where you're exposed.
A standing meeting to review performance, spend, and priorities — not just a monthly invoice.
Call us with a computer problem during business hours and a technician answers — or calls you back — within 60 minutes. No exceptions.
Most issues are resolved securely over the internet, so you're not stuck waiting for a truck to show up.
You'll get answers you can actually use — no jargon, no runaround.
We evaluate every job up front and flag any risk before we touch a thing. Nothing starts without your OK.
Every project is scoped and delivered against a schedule and a number you agreed to.
Every invoice is itemized and correct — guaranteed.
If you're not satisfied with the work, we'll make it right.
A few words from clients we've worked with for years, not months.
"The support we have received from your team has been excellent so far. Any issues that have arisen have been addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently. The rest of our team here has expressed the same positive experiences when dealing with support calls. You have a great group of techs there — they are knowledgeable and professional, and always willing to help, which is refreshing."
"I wanted to pass along my thanks for the highly responsive and excellent service that Martin and Jon continue to provide. I had an issue recently where my computer essentially shut down, and Jon had me back up and running within 10 minutes. Not only are these guys technically capable, but they always bring a helpful, positive attitude as well. Their responsiveness and professionalism are greatly appreciated, and I wanted to make sure you knew how much I value their support."
"We've gone from a startup with paint still wet to an established R&D and manufacturing firm approaching $50MM in sales. PalmSol has been there since day one — I couldn't have kept our IT infrastructure ahead of our growth without them."
"We were growing fast enough to need multiple IT platforms but not large enough for in-house staff. It meant endless finger-pointing between specialty vendors — until we hired PalmSol."
"PalmSol built a database for us that's unmatched. After three months with two other vendors, PalmSol finished the project in under a month — and it let us market nationally."
"When I asked about a recent global cyberattack, I learned PalmSol had already secured our systems since Friday — before the news even broke. Real peace of mind."
A few engagements we wrapped up this year — a glimpse at how we work, not just what we say we do.
Client: GoSB, a specialty healthcare revenue cycle management company
GoSB's leadership didn't want SOC 2 to be a checklist exercise ending in a filed report. As the company scaled, they needed honest answers to the questions a checklist can't force: who actually owns each control, what happens to a process that exists only in one person's head, and whether governance could keep pace with growth.
We worked alongside GoSB's team throughout the certification process, supporting the technical controls and evidence collection behind the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria while their leadership drove the harder organizational work — assigning clear control ownership and turning processes that had only ever lived in institutional memory into documentation the whole company could rely on.
GoSB achieved SOC 2 certification and, in the words of their CIO, came away with "the operating habits required to scale with confidence and the institutional trust required to earn the right to do so." Read GoSB's full account of the journey →
Client: a multi-location business with a large team of remote and field-based employees
Internal web applications were served from a single origin server, so performance was inconsistent for office staff and even worse for the client's large remote and field workforce connecting from job sites, vehicles, and home networks across the region. There was no unified way to enforce security policy across all of those entry points, and a single server outage meant downtime for every location and every remote worker at once.
We architected and deployed Azure Front Door (Premium tier) in front of the client's internal web applications — configuring path-based routing across backend pools and managed TLS on custom domains so office and field users alike connect to the nearest healthy edge point rather than a single distant server. We layered in Web Application Firewall policies using Microsoft's managed rule sets and bot protection to secure traffic coming from a widely distributed remote workforce, plus health probes so traffic automatically fails over to a healthy origin the moment one degrades.
The client now enforces one WAF policy centrally — backed by Microsoft's managed rule sets, bot protection, and threat intelligence — instead of trying to secure every remote and field connection point separately, with automatic failover as a safeguard against origin outages on top of that stronger security posture.
Client: a healthcare services group with 30+ offices across Florida, Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia
With 30+ offices spread across four states, the client had no centralized way to enforce security policy on the devices used by clinical and administrative staff. Each office managed its own machines independently, patch levels drifted between locations, and there was no way to remotely lock or wipe a lost or stolen device — a real exposure for a healthcare business handling protected health information.
We planned and rolled out Microsoft Intune across all 30+ offices, enrolling every managed device into a single compliance and configuration framework. We built conditional access and compliance policies tied to Entra ID, standardized security baselines so every office runs the same configuration, and enabled remote lock and wipe for lost or compromised hardware — deploying office by office to avoid disrupting clinical operations.
Every device across all four states is now enrolled in a single compliance framework managed from one console, patch and configuration drift between offices is gone, and a lost or compromised device can be locked or wiped remotely in minutes instead of sitting as an open-ended risk.
GoSB's SOC 2 story is shared publicly by their CIO, linked above. Details on our Azure Front Door engagement are described generically to protect that client's confidentiality. Ask us for references from businesses like yours.
